Kannar Earth Science, LTD is seeking a Full Cycle Accountant to handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. This full-time role requires extensive hands-on experience with receivables including pricing, quotes, order confirmations, invoicing, and collections. Experience with payables doing 4-way match. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks required. Comprehensive Payroll knowledge and use of ADP regarding processing, onboarding, and reporting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Full-cycle Accounts Receivable including deposits
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable including ACH and check runs
- Create inventory build assemblies in QB
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP and record in QB
- Process HR needs as delegated by Controller
- Monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Sales tax experience a plus
- Month-end close to include reconciliations of support schedules for financial statements
- Writing and maintaining SOP’s for various accounting functions
- Ad Hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in full cycle accounting, HR, and payroll
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Bachelors in Accounting a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing
- Plus if you have SysPro Experience
- Detail focused and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
