The ideal candidate is strongly focused on fostering positive relationships with entities who pride themselves in bringing value to field crop growers through primarily seed applied technologies.
Specific areas of focus:
- Build on existing relationships and uncover opportunities for further value creation
- Develop and foster new relationships that support company growth and ideals
- Search, find, and onboard new toll blending customers
- Manage and grow online sales platforms such as Alibaba, Amazon, etc.
Requirements
- Current knowledge and recent experience in the seed industry
- Experienced in selling B2B
- Willing to travel (primarily in the US)
- Perseverance, kindness, tenacity
